Dutch Dreams was created by the Aben family in the 1980’s, based on a childhood dream. Dutch Dreams is fashioned in the Dutch style to pay homage to the Aben family heritage. We are proud to be recognized as a go-to Toronto destination for tourists, celebrities, kids, and adults alike.
Dutch Dreams is as famous for its multicultural atmosphere as it is for the wide variety of decadent ice cream & cones. Ice cream is truly for everybody! At Dutch Dreams, we’ve worked very hard over the past 35+ years to provide the best all around experience as well as homemade frozen desserts. Our pancake and waffle cone recipes have been passed down for generations and are all made in house.
All of our flavours are not only Kosher, but are made with premium quality ingredients. Our first ingredient is ALWAYS fresh cream, and our flavours can only be found at Dutch Dreams. Whether you love French Vanilla or even Grapenut, we have it all.

This delightful and ultimate ice cream dessert was previously only available to those of royal blood. We are one of only a few establishments who prepare this delicacy. The best possible dessert for any celebration. Prepared on demand with your choice of ice creams covered with a layer of cake and royally sprinkled with the king of liqueur. Topped with toasted meringue and decorated with fresh fruit sections. Finished with a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds and lit with a burning sparkle.

Our dutch pancakes are made to order! We make our own batter from a recipe passed down from generation to generation. We have perfected the dutch pancake and serve it with three scoops of your favourite ice cream, our whipped topping, toasted sliced almonds, a drizzle of chocolate and fresh fruit sections.
